You will help strengthen financial transparency, improve decision-making, and support the organization's strategic objectives through effective process management and stakeholder engagement.\nIf you are passionate about financial controlling, process excellence, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a global technology and industrial leader.\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nDrive global standardization and continuous improvement of financial controlling processes across the organization.\nManage and support end-to-end processes related to Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet review, and Variance Analysis.\nCoordinate and execute budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.\nMonitor process performance through KPIs and recommend actions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\nCollaborate with finance teams, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with process standards.\nIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and support implementation of corrective actions.\nFacilitate process governance activities, including process documentation, policy adherence, and change management.\nReview and support process enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with global finance standards.\nFoster strong stakeholder relationships and provide guidance on finance process requirements and best practices.\nLeverage AI, digital technologies, and reporting tools to improve financial insights, productivity, and decision-making.\nYour Background\nRequired Qualifications\nQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).\n2 to 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, FP&A, or related finance functions.\nExperience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis.\nStrong understanding of P&L management, Balance Sheet analysis, and variance reporting.\nExperience working within multinational and matrix organizations.\nKnowledge of finance process management, process improvement methodologies, or business process management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrates effective use of AI and digital tools to enhance problem-solving, decision-making, and productivity while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accountability.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, energy, or similar sectors.\nExposure to ERP systems, planning tools, and financial reporting solutions such as SAP or equivalent platforms.\nUnderstanding of process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement frameworks.\nExperience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.\nAdditional language capabilities beyond English are considered an advantage.\nMore About Us\nAt Hitachi Energy, we are advancing a sustainable energy future for all.
