This is your chance to make a difference”- Björn Stenberg, Cybersecurity Operations Manager at HVDC.\nHow you’ll make an impact\nDevelop, document, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity processes, policies, and procedures in alignment with HITACHI ENERGY's overall security strategy and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).\nConduct regular reviews and assessments of existing cybersecurity processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.\nLead the implementation of new cybersecurity processes, collaborating with various stakeholders across IT, operations, and business units.\nDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of cybersecurity processes.\nOversee and facilitate cybersecurity audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.\nYour background\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
