Reporting to the Service Manager based in Portugal, the Platform Management Support Analyst will be responsible for selected operational support and reporting activities within a key 3rd party platform supported by our Client.

User access provisioning and deprovisioning Access request processing and role management
License allocation, utilization monitoring
License procurement and onboarding coordination
Procurement lifecycle management (quotes, PRs, POs, invoicing, payment coordination)
First-line support for business units
Intake management and request tracking
User onboarding and training sessions
Executive and leadership reporting
Platform usage dashboards and KPI tracking
Compliance reporting and audit support
Vendor relationship management
Contract and renewal governance
Invoice validation and billing reconciliation
Risk management and audit readiness activities

O que é pedido

Full-time. Mon to Friday, including Portuguese holidays (exc. Xmas and New year), 1pm to 10pm
3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, Application Support, L1 / L2 Help Desk Support
Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities, driving platform optimization initiatives and supporting enterprise-wide adoption programs
Experience supporting large user populations across multiple Business Units, including Onboarding, Training, User Support and Adoption activities
Monday.com experience
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Results-oriented and proactive
Attention to detail
High level of accountability and ownership
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Eng
