Your expertise in engineering principles and practices will contribute to optimizing designs for performance, functionality, and sustainability.\nHow you’ll make an impact\nDevelop and refine detailed Controls design, including hardware and software specifications, for Distribution transformers.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers to integrate control systems seamlessly.\nDevelop and support functional testing plans for new control cabinets, including on-site startup, calibration, and performance tuning.\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for existing control panels, identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective solutions.\nStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in controls engineering, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.\nPrepare detailed technical documentation, including functional specifications, test plans and work instructions.\nParticipate in design reviews and provide expert feedback to ensure designs meet project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.\nYour background\nB.E / B. Tech Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a closely related field.\n2 to 8 Years working in controls & panel design, programming, and implementation in an industrial environment.
