In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end technical enablement of process intelligence use cases, from data ingestion to transformation, validation, and ongoing performance optimization.\n\nHow You'll Make An Impact\n\nData Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems into Celonis, ensuring stability, accuracy, and scalability.\nData Modeling: Develop optimized data models within Celonis to reflect end‑to‑end business processes, enabling advanced process mining, root‑cause analysis, and automation opportunities.\nIntegration Ownership: Collaborate with IT and application owners to integrate data from SAP, Oracle, databases, and other platforms into Celonis, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow aligned with architectural standards.\nPerformance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of Celonis data models and pipelines, addressing bottlenecks and implementing best practices to support long‑term scalability.\nData Quality Management: Establish and maintain data validation and cleansing mechanisms to ensure high‑quality, trustworthy data for process mining and analytics.\nCollaboration & Enablement: Partner with business analysts, value engineers, and process owners to understand process requirements, translate them into data models, and provide technical guidance for building value‑driven use cases.\nDocumentation & Transparency: Create and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, transformation logic, and Celonis data models to ensure clarity, maintainability, and alignment with internal governance standards.\nContinuous Innovation: Stay current with advancements in Celonis EMS, data engineering practices, and process intelligence technologies, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to building a scalable data foundation for the organization.\nOperational Excellence: Support the development of dashboards, action flows, and automations within Celonis to drive measurable business outcomes.\nResponsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.\nLiving Hitachi Energy's core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. \n\nYour Background\n\nShould have bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nMust have 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with strong proficiency in ETL, data modeling, and data pipeline development.\nMinimum 2 years hands‑on experience with Celonis (data integration, modeling, building views, and action flows).\nExperience working with large‑scale ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle;
