through process optimization and digitalization.\n\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nPartner with Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and business priorities.\nLead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process design discussions to identify opportunities for improvement.\nTranslate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.\nAnalyze existing business processes and recommend harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities.\nSupport business case development and provide solution recommendations aligned with organizational goals.\nSupport and enhance SAP Ariba solutions including Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Contracts, Risk, Guided Buying, and Business Network.\nCollaborate with global business teams to optimize sourcing, supplier onboarding, qualification, procurement, and contract management processes.\nSupport global contingent workforce and services procurement processes using SAP Fieldglass.\nDrive improvements across contingent workforce management, statement of work (SOW), supplier management, work orders, onboarding, and offboarding processes.\nLead business analysis activities for global implementation and enhancement projects.\nWork closely with Solution Architects, Developers, AMS teams, and implementation partners to deliver business solutions.\nSupport integration initiatives between SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Network, Microsoft platforms, and third-party applications.\nDefine business requirements for workflows, interfaces, approvals, reporting, and analytics solutions.\nParticipate in digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives that improve business efficiency and user experience.\nDevelop test strategies, test cases, and acceptance criteria while coordinating SIT and UAT activities with business stakeholders.\nSupport deployment, go-live, hypercare, and change management activities.\nPrepare training materials and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful adoption of solutions.\nSupport incident, problem, and change management activities within the application landscape.\nEnsure solutions comply with governance, audit, security, and compliance requirements.\nMaintain accurate application and process documentation and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization and operational excellence.\n\nYour Background\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 15+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, SAP Procurement Solutions, or Enterprise Application Management.\nStrong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules including Strategic Sourcing, SLP, Contracts, Risk, Guided Buying, and Business Network.\nSolid experience with SAP Fieldglass and external workforce management processes.\nProven expertise in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contingent workforce management, and services procurement processes.\nExperience working with SAP S/4HANA integrations and enterprise application ecosystems.\nStrong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, testing methodologies, and solution design.\nExperience working in Agile and Waterfall project delivery environments.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.\nExperience supporting global transformation programs and cross-functional international teams.\nKnowledge of digital transformation, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and procurement technologies is highly desirable.\nSAP Ariba and/or SAP Fieldglass certifications will be considered an advantage.\nAbility to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a global
