The Engineering Application Manager ensures applications are strategically aligned with enterprise architecture and digital transformation objectives, while meeting cost, performance, and compliance expectations.\nHow you’ll make an impact\nGovern applications across the full lifecycle: onboarding, operations and continuous improvement, to retirement.\nMaintain application documentation and records in the Service Now CMDB.\nEnsure effective service delivery, including incident, problem, change, and release management. Manage application availability, performance, and SLAs.\nEnsure security and compliance requirements are met, including access management, audits, and vulnerability remediation.\nCollaborate closely with Application Owner and Business Analyst to align the application roadmap with Business priorities and Compliance Management.\nSupport team to increase Application Management maturity across the Business Unit.\nDrive user adoption and support process harmonization, training, and business value realization.\nManage costs, budgets, licenses, and vendors, including contracts and third-party performance.\nPlan and execute controlled application retirement, including data archiving and risk mitigation.\nResponsible for technical documentation of Software (landscape, hardware, infrastructure, etc.)\nControl user access management and performance periodic reviews according to security and compliance requirements.\nYour Background\n2+ years in Application Management, IT Service Delivery, or similar roles.\nExperience managing applications across the complete lifecycle including; Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLA Management. Application Lifecycle & Service Management in ServiceNow.\nFunctional knowledge or hands-on experience in Engineering domain (engineering tools, product design, manufacturing, PLM systems)\nExperience working with global, cross-functional teams\nSolid understanding of software development lifecycles, integrations, and data flows.
