At Hitachi Energy, you will collaborate with talented professionals worldwide, expand your expertise, and contribute to building a sustainable energy future while advancing your own career growth.\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nAnalyze Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and key financial metrics to provide actionable business insights.\nPartner with Business Unit Controllers, Operational Unit Controllers, and Project Managers to monitor and improve business performance.\nPrepare management presentations, financial reports, and executive-level analyses to support strategic decision-making.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial performance reviews for the assigned product group.\nCollaborate with global finance and business teams to evaluate end-to-end financial value streams and identify opportunities for standardization and automation.\nContribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including solution design, testing, implementation, and process enhancement activities.\nSupport month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, allocations, and result analysis.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, financial governance requirements, and audit standards.\nMonitor business risks, revenue trends, profitability drivers, and cash flow performance to support sustainable growth.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency, reporting quality, and business outcomes.\nYour Background\nCA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, or MBA (Finance) qualification.\n2-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Management Accounting, or related finance functions.\nStrong hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA in a finance or controlling environment.\nSolid understanding of SAP CO integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.\nExperience in Project Controlling, Software Controlling, or complex business-finance partnering environments is preferred.\nKnowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and its financial business processes is considered an advantage.\nStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.\nFluent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.\nMore About Us\nAt Hitachi Energy, we are advancing the world's energy system to be more sustainable, flexible, and secure.
