Leadership\nLead the technical delivery of complex professional services engagements from design through implementation.\nDesign enterprise-scale data engineering solutions that meet customer business and technical requirements.\nLead customer architecture workshops, technical planning sessions, and solution reviews.\nTranslate customer business objectives into scalable technical solutions.\nServe as the primary technical escalation point throughout project delivery.\nDrive customer success through high-quality solution implementation and technical leadership.\nProfessional Services Delivery\nDeliver enterprise data engineering, data integration, and object storage solutions.\nPartner closely with Project Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations.\nReview Statements of Work (SOWs), technical design documents, delivery checklists, and implementation plans.\nDevelop customer-facing architecture documentation, implementation guides, and technical deliverables.\nCommunicate project status and technical risks to customers and internal stakeholders.\nConsistently exceed customer expectations for quality, professionalism, and technical excellence.\nSolution Design & Development\nDesign and develop Java-based applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions.\nDevelop reusable software components, plugins, and integration frameworks.\nDesign scalable enterprise data pipelines and data orchestration workflows.\nImplement RESTful API integrations between enterprise systems.\nOptimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.\nTroubleshoot complex enterprise software and infrastructure issues.\nInnovation & Service Development\nLearn and deliver new Hitachi Federal service offerings.\nParticipate in proof-of-concept initiatives and technology evaluations.\nDevelop repeatable implementation methodologies and best practices.\nContribute to internal lab development and service innovation.\nRecommend improvements that increase delivery quality and operational efficiency.\nCollaboration & Leadership\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across the Professional Services organization.\nCollaborate with Sales Engineers during customer pursuits and technical presentations.\nPartner with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve complex customer issues.\nSupport knowledge sharing through documentation, training sessions, and peer mentoring.\nFoster strong customer relationships built on trust and technical credibility.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nActive Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)\nMinimum 8 years of enterprise software engineering, data engineering, or professional services consulting experience\nProven experience leading technical implementation projects within enterprise environments\nExperience designing enterprise-scale data architectures and integrations\nStrong customer-facing consulting and communication skills\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills\nRequired Technical Skills\nCandidates should demonstrate expertise in several of the following
