Die Möglichkeit

Hitachi Energy High Voltage Products ist der weltweit anerkannte Spezialist für Energieübertragung und Energieverteilung. Die Serviceeinheit ist für den weltweiten After Sales Support von Generatorenschutzschaltersystemen (GCB) und gasisolierten Schaltanlagen (GIS) inklusive Schulungen, Installation und Inbetriebnahme, planmäßiger Wartung, Zusatzleistungen, Troubleshooting, Erweiterungen, Umbauten und Austausch zuständig.

Nach einer vielseitigen, praxisorientierten Ausbildung in der Schweiz und im Ausland, werden Sie rund um den Globus GIS Installationen und Wartungen leiten. Es erwartet Sie eine technisch herausfordernde Stelle in einem multikulturellen Umfeld.

Das können Sie bewirken

• Leitung von multikulturellen Baustellen weltweit für gasisolierte Schaltanlagen für das Spannungslevel von 110KV - 550KV

• Verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Durchführung der vor Ort Installation, Wartungen und Reparaturen unter Einhaltung vertraglicher Termine und unter Berücksichtigung lokaler gesetzlicher Vorgaben

• Verantwortlich für die Qualität der vor Ort ausgeführten Arbeiten mittels Qualitätskontrolle und Beurteilung der Fähigkeiten von lokalen Hilfskräften

• Durchführen von Produkttraining vor Ort am Produkt und während der Installation

• Verantwortlich für die Evaluierung von Risiken und deren Minimierung.

• Koordination und Anweisung von Arbeitskräften

• Kostenkontrolle der eingesetzten Ressourcen und regelmäßiges Rapportieren an die Projektleitung

• Aktives Mitarbeiten an Prozessverbesserungen und proaktives Ergreifen von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung der Tätigkeiten vor Ort

Ihr Hintergrund

• Abgeschlossene Lehre in der Metallbau-, Elektro- oder Automobilbranche

• Elektrotechnische Grundkenntnisse sind ein Muss, elektrotechnische Weiterbildung von Vorteil

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Montage- und Inbetriebsetzungsbereich

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, mindestens B2

• Bereitschaft zu nationalen und vor allem internationalen weltweiten Einsätzen mit bis zu 80 % Reisetätigkeit

• Flexibler, belastbarer und kommunikativer Teamplayer

• Flair für pragmatische und unkonventionelle Lösungssuche mit hohen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
