Descriptions:\n• Support semiconductor machine after-sales service, including attending service calls (24/7 standby), preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and installation.\n• Support semiconductor machine after-sales service applications and processes.\n• Support other machinery and equipment activities under the PCS Department.\n• Communicate with customers and provide advice on their requests and/or queries.\n• Provide technical training to customers.\n• Promote after-sales items, solution business and matching projects to customers.\n• Support administrative work related to servicing activities, such as preparing quotations and parts orders.\n• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superiors.\n Job Requirements:\n• 2-4 years of relevant engineering experience in a semiconductor process environment, preferably with CD-SEM experience.\n• Comfortable handling technical issues, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage unexpected situations.\n• Ability to conduct classroom or on-the-job training (OJT) on system theory for engineers and customers.\n• Ability to work in clean room when required.\n• Able to travel frequently and on short
