We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement - your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.\nJob description\nHR Advisor (Employee Life Cycle & Offboarding) - 18-Month Temporary Role\nThe Role\nThe HR Advisor (Employee Life Cycle & Offboarding) supports employee lifecycle events and offboarding activities across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and an excellent employee and manager experience.\nWhat You'll be doing:\nHR Transaction Processing and Support\nManage daily HR requests and inquiries through the AskHR Portal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.\nSupport employee lifecycle processes, including transfers, promotions, organizational changes, compensation changes, and other employment-related transactions.\nCoordinate and administer end-to-end offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee exit process.\nPrepare HR documentation, including employee change letters, employment certificates, termination documentation, and other employee-related correspondence.\nPartner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, managers, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve employee lifecycle and offboarding queries.\nMaintain accurate employee records and documentation in accordance with company policies and local requirements.\nSupport audit activities, reporting, and data quality initiatives related to employee lifecycle processes.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Employee Life Cycle & Offboarding function.\nProject Support\nAssist in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, communications, training activities, and operational excellence programs.\nWhat You'll bring:\nExperience\nPrevious experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Life Cycle Administration, Offboarding, Employee Data Management, or a similar HR support environment is preferred.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, professional, and global environment is an advantage.\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Workday HRIS is preferred.\nExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.\nCustomer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.\nFluency in Polish, Ukrainian and English.\nAbout us\nWe’re a global, 1000-stong, diverse team of professional experts, promoting and delivering Social Innovation through our One Hitachi initiative (OT x IT x Product) and working on projects that have a real-world impact.
