Co-create HR portfolio management practices, project governance standards, methodologies, templates, and tools, and promote their adoption.\nRisk and Issue Management: proactively identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.\nPerformance and Reporting: monitor KPIs and metrics to track portfolio health, progress, and success.
