This role ensures the reliable exchange of HR, payroll, benefits, finance, and third-party application data through the design, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Workday integrations.\nThe analyst serves as a key liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Information Technology, and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow, system reliability, and compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in Workday integration technologies, data mapping, troubleshooting, testing, and process automation, along with a solid understanding of HR business processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nHR Systems Administration\nSupport the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Workday integrations and related data interfaces.\nManage and troubleshoot integration failures, errors, and data discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.\nMaintain integration schedules, configurations, documentation, and support procedures.\nParticipate in Workday releases, updates, and feature deployments, including impact assessments and testing activities.\nCollaborate with Workday functional teams to support changes affecting integrations and downstream systems.\nSupport the day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR technology platforms, such as Workday, VNDLY, and other integrated HR systems, which includes supporting business processes, security roles, and workflows in accordance with business requirements.\nTroubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolutions, and escalate technical problems when appropriate.\nParticipate in system upgrades, testing, and new feature implementations.\nData Management & Reporting\nPerform data audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.\nSupport data requests from HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders.\nSystems Integrations\nMonitor and support integrations between HR systems and third-party applications.\nPartner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot integration failures and resolve data transmission issues.\nLead in implementing new integrations and enhancements to improve data flow and operational efficiency.\nValidate data mappings and facilitate end-to-end testing during implementation projects.\nProcess Improvement\nAnalyze HR business processes and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and user experience.\nDocument business requirements, process flows, and system configurations.\nParticipate in cross-functional projects involving HR technology implementations and enhancements.\nIdentify opportunities to standardize processes and reduce manual work.\nUser Support & Training\nServe as a subject matter expert for Workday integration technologies and data flows.\nPartner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to resolve integration issues and support business objectives.\nProvide technical support and guidance to HR users, managers, and employees.\nCreate and manage user documentation, job aids, and training materials.\nCommunicate integration impacts, timelines, risks, and status updates effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nDeliver training sessions for new system functionality and process updates.\nCompliance & Governance\nImplement processes to ensure HR systems comply with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and security standards.\nSupport audits related to HR systems and employee data.\nMaintain documentation of system changes, configurations, and procedures.\nwhat you'll bring\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience supporting Workday integrations, HRIS or HR technology platforms.\nExperience with Workday, VNDLY, or similar Human Capital Management (HCM) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).\nExperience with Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and/or Cloud Connect.\nKnowledge of HR business processes including recruiting, onboarding, core HR, payroll, benefits, and contingent workforce management.\nExperience supporting system integrations using APIs, EIBs, middleware, or other integration technologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills;
