Working closely with customers, project teams, technical experts, trainers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that training activities are planned, coordinated, and successfully delivered according to customer requirements.\nYou will join a global and growing team where collaboration, customer focus, continuous improvement, and digital innovation are key parts of how we work and develop.\nPlease note that this is not a technical specialist role. However, an interest in technology and a willingness to continuously learn and develop technical understanding will help you succeed in the role.\nHow you'll make an impact\nDrive the successful delivery of customer training throughout the HVDC project lifecycle.\nTransform customer requirements into structured training scope, plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.\nCoordinate customers, project teams, technical experts, trainers, and suppliers to ensure effective and timely training delivery.\nMaintain visibility and control of training progress, risks, costs, commitments, and documentation throughout project execution.\nApply and support a range of training methods and technologies, including classroom, virtual, and e-learning solutions, to create effective customer learning experiences.\nStrengthen Customer Training through continuous improvement of processes, systems, digital learning solutions, and ways of working.\nYour background\nExperience in managing projects, coordinating activities, or driving deliverables across multiple stakeholders.\nStrong planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow actions through to completion.\nA proactive and structured way of working, including the ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive progress independently.\nStrong digital skills, curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn and effectively use new tools, systems, and technologies.\nA customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships across customers, suppliers, technical experts, and project teams.\nExperience from project delivery, training, digital learning, engineering, energy, or other customer-facing environments is considered an advantage.\nExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and other business systems is beneficial.\nAs this is a global team, excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.\nAdditional information\nPermanent position based in Västerås or Ludvika, Sweden.\nSome domestic and international travel may be required.\nWork in a global environment with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across multiple countries and time zones.\nOpportunity to contribute to the development of digital learning, new training methods, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nBe part of a growing global Customer Training organization supporting some of the world's most advanced energy projects.\nMore About Us\nWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
