Ltd. This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, improving productivity, and ensuring the reliability of our systems.\nJob Responsibilities**\n* Design, program, test, and commission Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.\n* Develop and implement industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA) for seamless data exchange between systems.\n* Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on automation hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software engineering) to integrate automation solutions into existing or new industrial processes.\n* Conduct site surveys, gather requirements, and prepare technical specifications and documentation for automation projects.\n* Participate in the evaluation and selection of new automation technologies and equipment.\n* Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.\n* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.\n* Continuously monitor and optimize automation systems for performance improvements and cost reduction.\nJob Qualifications**\n5+ years PLC development experience, analyze and modify ladder logic\nOmron PLC, CX-Programmer experience\nStrong understanding of process control and control systems. \nFamiliar with industrial communication protocols\nExperience with analog signal acquisition and industrial monitoring applications\nHands-on experience in PLC programming, testing, and commissioning.\nAbility to read/write English documents\nAbout us\nWe’re a global, team of innovators.
