You will play a key role in ensuring that Finance technology services continue to deliver value to the business while meeting operational and regulatory requirements.\nHow you will make an impact\nYou oversee a portfolio of Finance applications supporting Accounting, Tax, and Treasury processes. \nYou ensure services meet business needs, compliance requirements, and operational standards. \nYou work with application managers to monitor service performance, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement. \nYou build trusted relationships with Finance stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams. \nYou manage strategic vendor relationships and support service governance and contract management activities. \nYou lead compliance and control activities across the application landscape. \nYou contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the service portfolio. \nYou collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and transition of changes into ongoing operations. \nYou contribute to the development of services, processes, and the overall application portfolio. \nYour background\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field. \n8+ years of experience in IT Service Management within a complex international environment. \nProven experience managing business-critical enterprise applications and Application Managed Services. \nExperience working closely with Finance functions and a solid understanding of finance processes in areas such as accounting, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, consolidation, purchase-to-pay. \nProven experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. \nExperience with service governance, compliance, controls, and risk management in an enterprise environment. \nITIL certification and a good understanding of IT service management best practices. \nExperience leading teams and driving accountability in a matrix or global organization. \nExperience with SAP, BlackLine, or similar enterprise applications would be an advantage. \nExcellent written and spoken English. \nAbout us\nAt Hitachi Energy, we recognize that our people are at the heart of our success.
