And that’s where you come in.\nJob Description:\nJob Summary\nComo ingeniero de soporte de TI, serás responsable de brindar asistencia y soporte técnico relacionados con sistemas informáticos, hardware y software.Desempeñarás un papel fundamental para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de la infraestructura y los servicios de TI para nuestros usuarios internos.\nJob Responsibilities\n* Brindar soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel para problemas de hardware, software y redes, tanto de forma remota como presencial.\n* Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos de manera eficiente, derivando los problemas complejos a los equipos correspondientes cuando sea necesario.\n* Instalar, configurar y mantener hardware, sistemas operativos y aplicaciones informáticas.\n* Administrar cuentas de usuario, permisos y derechos de acceso en diversos sistemas.\n* Realizar comprobaciones, actualizaciones y mantenimiento preventivo rutinarios del sistema.\n* Documentar procedimientos técnicos, soluciones y guías de usuario.\n* Colaborar en la implementación de nuevos equipos y software de TI.\n* Colaborar con otros equipos de TI para solucionar problemas o interrupciones importantes del sistema.\n* Capacitar a los usuarios sobre las mejores prácticas de seguridad informática y uso del sistema.\n* Mantener un inventario preciso de los activos de TI.\nJob Qualifications\n* Licenciatura en Informática, Tecnologías de la Información o un campo relacionado, o experiencia práctica equivalente.\n* Experiencia demostrada en soporte técnico de TI, preferiblemente en una gran corporación.\n* Sólidos conocimientos de los sistemas operativos Windows y macOS.\n* Dominio de la resolución de problemas de hardware en ordenadores de escritorio, portátiles y periféricos.\n* Experiencia con Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).\n* Conocimientos básicos de redes (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) y resolución de problemas de red.\n* Experiencia con sistemas de gestión de incidencias y mejores prácticas de gestión de servicios de TI (ITSM).\n* Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.\n* Sólidas habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales, con capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos a usuarios no técnicos.\n* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo en un entorno dinámico.\n* Se valorarán positivamente las certificaciones de TI relevantes (por ejemplo, CompTIA A+, Técnico de Soporte de Escritorio Certificado por Microsoft).\nThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
