In this role, you’ll become a trusted expert driving the electrical design, performance optimization, and standardization of power transformers engineered specifically for hyperscale and colocation data centers.\nYou’ll collaborate across global engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams to deliver robust, efficient, and scalable transformer solutions that power cloud services, AI growth, and high-availability digital ecosystems.\nIf you thrive in a fast-growing sector, love solving complex engineering challenges, and want to influence next-generation data center technologies, this is your chance to make a meaningful global impact-while advancing your career in an innovative, people-centered organization.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nLead electrical design for advanced data center transformers, including winding concepts, losses, insulation, and performance optimization.\nDevelop calculations, simulations, and engineering documentation for bids and execution.\nAlign designs with IEEE, IEC, and customer-specific requirements.\nCollaborate across mechanical, electrical, cooling, and system engineering teams.\nParticipate in customer design reviews and present engineering rationale.\nSupport testing, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.\nDrive innovation and standardization in materials, design methods, and digital enhancements.\nProvide technical input for tenders, vendor evaluations, and project delivery.
