This role is based in Ludvika, Sweden, and requires frequent presence at the office due to the nature of the role.\nHow you’ll make an impact\nDrive the local execution of global product strategies, product changes, and portfolio decisions, ensuring alignment across engineering, quality, operations, and sales.\nAct as the primary local product expert, supporting customer qualifications, homologations, technical risk reviews, and complex tender activities across the European market.\nGather and translate customer, market, and regulatory insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen the product portfolio and business growth.\nEnsure compliance with applicable European standards, sustainability requirements, and product regulations while supporting product launches and lifecycle management.\nCollaborate closely with Global Product Management, feeder factories, and cross-functional teams to enhance portfolio performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.\nYour Background\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
