The Opportunity

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.

  • Drive manufacturing improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

  • Design and implement efficient production processes and workflows.

  • Partner with operations, quality, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.

  • Champion a safety-first culture through risk identification and corrective actions.

  • Improve manufacturing quality through root cause analysis and process control enhancements.

  • Evaluate equipment, tooling, facility layouts, and material flow to maximize efficiency.

  • Serve as a technical leader for process optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of manufacturing engineering or related manufacturing experience.

  • Previous experience leading teams and developing technical professionals.

  • Proven success driving process improvements and manufacturing engineering projects.

  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.

  • Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on operational excellence.
