The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. How you’ll make an impac t
1.You will be responsible for the factory testing of tap changers and bushings, including RIP and OIP, such as partial discharge, lightning impulse, power-frequency withstand voltage, and insulation resistance testing.
2.You will conduct in-depth root cause analysis of problems arising during the testing process, identify the underlying causes, propose effective solutions, and provide timely feedback to relevant departments. You will also collaborate with Engineering, Production, and other teams to jointly optimize products or processes, thereby improving product performance and quality.
3.You will sort, analyze, and evaluate test data using professional data analysis methods to extract valuable information and conclusions, and compile clear test reports.
4.You will be responsible for the daily maintenance, repair, and regular calibration of test equipment and instruments to ensure normal operation and measurement accuracy. You will establish and maintain equipment records documenting usage, maintenance, and repairs, and promptly resolve equipment failures to ensure the smooth progress of testing activities.
5.You will monitor the latest industry standards and specifications, and update testing methods and processes in a timely manner to ensure that all testing work complies with relevant requirements.
6.You will work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other departments to communicate testing progress and results promptly, providing strong support for product R&D, production, and quality control.
Your background
1.Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical engineering or related.
2.Excellent on English written & spoken, CET 4 or above.
3.2 years of high voltage test or substation test experience.
4.Familiar with test data analysis and preparing test reports.
5.Good communication and presentation skills.
6.Team player with high level of initiative for cooperation and knowledge-sharing.
