The candidate will \nhave excellent communications skills. \nMission Statement\n Project Engineering focuses on designing, communicating, and implementing an operational \nplan for completing an engineering-based project including Preparing designs, project controls \nand specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing \nand/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc. \n Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve \noperational problems and minimize delays.
