In this role, you will develop solutions alongside customers and internal and external partners, delivering them as part of international project teams. You will participate in factory acceptance tests and take ownership of the budgets and schedules within your assigned disciplines.\nThe projects are primarily focused on grid stability and power transmission across Europe. The role spans three key areas:\nLighting, electrical installations, and electrical safety systems\nFire protection and firefighting systems\nHeating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)\nHow You Will Make An Impact\nPrepare concepts, proposals, and inquiry documents for building services engineering systems across the following areas:Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems\nLighting, electrical installations, access control, and surveillance systems\nFire suppression, fire protection, and fire alarm systems\n\nManage assigned disciplines within projects, including budget and schedule responsibilities\nEngage, coordinate, and oversee external planners, specialist consultants, and suppliers from the proposal phase through final site acceptance\nIntegrate building services disciplines into the overall project, including interface management, planning, and BIM-based coordination\nFacilitate meetings and coordinate activities with customers, partners, and site teams\nConduct factory acceptance tests (FATs) and site acceptance tests together with customers and suppliers\nContinuously expand technical expertise and stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments\nContribute to engineering and planning activities from concept development through detailed design\nReview designs for feasibility, compliance, and optimization opportunities\nSupport project acquisition, technical bid preparation, and cost estimation activities\nYour background\nDegree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field\nExperience in building services engineering within one or more of the following areas: Lighting and surveillance systems\nHeating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)\nFire suppression, fire protection, and fire alarm systems\n\nStrong technical knowledge and a proactive, solution-oriented approach\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nProfessional proficiency in English; German is an advantage\nExperience with relevant engineering and design tools, such as Revit, BIM, ACC, Relux, or similar software\nUnderstanding of applicable standards, codes, and regulations\nStructured, organized, and results-driven way of working\nMore about us \nA holistic range of competitive benefit programs to support your financial, physical and mental well-being and personal development.
