We’re looking for people who love being part of a diverse, global team - and who get excited about making a real-world impact with data.\nJob description\nThe Team\nWe're seeking an experienced Oracle ERP R12 Finance Support Analyst (Techno-Functional) to provide application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement services for Oracle Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Revenue Recognition, and Cost Management within a complex global ERP environment.\nThis role requires a strong combination of functional finance expertise and technical Oracle application knowledge to support critical financial operations, revenue accounting processes, costing and inventory-related transactions, month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, compliance reporting, and audit requirements. The position will be responsible for resolving production issues, performing data analysis using SQL and PL/SQL, supporting and maintaining reports, interfaces, APIs, workflows, and customizations, while ensuring data integrity across integrated financial systems.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Shared Services, Internal Audit, and IT teams to manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, support testing and deployments, implement system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring stable ERP operations, supporting financial controls and SOX compliance, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives in a fast-paced global environment.\nThe Role\nLead functional and technical support for Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Revenue Recognition, SLA, and Cost Management.\nProvide day-to-day production support, troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution for Finance applications.\nGather business requirements, analyze current processes, design solutions, configure Oracle setups, and oversee testing and deployment activities.\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, financial data validation, and issue resolution.\nWork closely with Finance users to support accounting operations, revenue recognition processes, costing transactions, and financial reporting requirements.\nPerform root cause analysis and resolution of production issues involving transactions, accounting entries, interfaces, and reconciliations.\nAnalyze and troubleshoot Oracle Financials data using SQL and PL/SQL.\nDevelop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, configuration documents, and support procedures.\nPartner with technical teams to support integrations, reports, extensions, APIs, workflows, conversions, and customizations.\nSupport Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, FSG reports, and financial reporting solutions.\nMonitor and support interfaces between Oracle ERP and banking systems, procurement applications, tax systems, inventory systems, and other external applications.\nValidate accounting transactions, subledger accounting entries, and General Ledger postings to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.\nSupport system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities for enhancements and projects.\nLead SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover planning, and post-production validation activities.\nCollaborate with Supply Chain and Cost Accounting teams to support inventory valuation, cost accounting, intercompany transactions, and related financial processes.\nSupport audit activities, SOX controls, approval workflows, segregation of duties, and internal control requirements.\nReview and maintain security access, finance controls, and compliance documentation.\nWork with development teams to review technical designs, interfaces, reports, and custom solutions.\nParticipate in Oracle ERP upgrades, patching activities, enhancement projects, and future cloud transformation initiatives.\nDrive process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardization across Finance business processes.\nProvide knowledge transfer, user training, and support documentation for business and IT teams.\nWhat You'll Bring\n7+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Revenue Recognition, and Cost Management.\nStrong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Revenue Recognition, Cost Accounting, and Financial Close processes.\nProven techno-functional experience supporting Oracle Financials in a production support environment.\nStrong SQL and PL/SQL skills for troubleshooting, data analysis, reconciliations, and issue resolution.\nExperience supporting Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and custom applications.\nExperience with Oracle Financials integrations, APIs, Open Interfaces, and data conversions.\nStrong understanding of Oracle Financials data model, accounting structures, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).\nKnowledge of accounting principles, revenue recognition requirements, cost accounting methodologies, and financial reporting processes.\nExperience supporting month-end and year-end close activities in a global environment.\nExperience working in SOX-controlled and audit-compliant organizations.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues across integrated applications.\nExperience leading ERP enhancements, upgrades, deployments, and support initiatives.\nExposure to Oracle Fusion Financials and cloud migration programs is preferred.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nKnowledge of Agile, ITIL, AIM/OUM methodologies, and support best practices.\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.\nAbout us\nWe’re a global team of innovators.
