Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our Management Trainee program. This program offers a comprehensive introduction to various facets of our global operations, preparing participants for future leadership roles within the company.
Responsibilities:**
* Participate in a structured rotation program across different departments, including but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources.
* Gain hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning initiatives.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and resolve business challenges.
* Develop a strong understanding of Hitachi's products, services, and corporate culture.
* Receive mentorship from experienced leaders and contribute to ongoing projects.
* Actively participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills.
* Support the PMO Manager in the day-to-day management and governance of the project portfolio.
* Monitor project performance against key KPIs, including revenue, OBL, OTD, forecast accuracy, COPQ, risks/opportunities and project close-out.
* Monitor compliance with PMO processes, governance requirements and project management standards.
* Consolidate and analyze portfolio information to identify critical, slow-moving, delayed or high-risk projects.
* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of PMO processes and digital tools.
* AI & Digital Transformation - Identify opportunities to use AI to improve PMO processes and productivity. Support the development and implementation of AI use cases.

Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Proven leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment.
* Proactive attitude, strong initiative, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in English is required;
* Flexibility and willingness to relocate or travel as required by program rotations.
