MC guard and Tool Equipment calibration.\n\nAnnual revise ABRA , revised if change process and create a new ABRA in case implement new process/MC.\n\nInvolve investigate team when we have an Incident, Accidents , property damage or any near miss in production.\n\nIn charge to reviewed and revised Global standard, provide local WI and training to all Staffs.\n\nInvolve investigate quality issues in production (RCA),find out root cause and setup proactive & preventive action for prevent repetitive problem.\n\nSupport External and Customer audits.\n\nImprovement and promote to Safety, Quality and Productivity Kaizen.\n\nAnnual Quality & Process training, skill record and Multi skill.\n\nCost saving activity , improve rework and material cost.
