This position may be eligible for other compensation including incentive pay and/or allowances. Candidates will receive additional information during the interview and selection process.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Process Operator II assembles small electronic components according to specifications and established procedures and/or guidelines from supervisor to support the manufacturing/assembly needs of the organization. Assist with incoming and outgoing materials and products.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms light assembly and/or fitting parts together to form complete units or subassemblies, according to work procedures. May require the use of hand tools.\nVisually inspects materials and final assemblies for quality and consistency based on specifications.\nReports quality concerns or inconsistency as instructed.\nLabels products/assembles to prepare for packaging and/ or for shipment.\nMaintains clean and orderly work environment.\nAssist with pulling materials, receiving materials, and preparing outgoing products.\nCompletes other related tasks and duties as directed by supervisor or engineer.\nEDUCATION, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS\nHigh School Education or equivalent.\nEXPERIENCE AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS\n4 Years manufacturing Process experience and at least one-year visual inspection, quality, or warehouse experience.\nNo domestic travel will be required (in the future).\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS / SAFETY REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to proficiently perform near visual inspection tasks.\nGood vision to include color vision, depth perception, and near vision.\nAbility to follow verbal and written instructions.\nGood manual dexterity.\nAbility to use small hand tools.\nAbility to work with minimal supervisor.\nBasic Computer skills.\nPOSITION - SAFETY RISKS AND HAZARDS\nWarning: Due to the nature of the work environment, this job may require working on equipment or in work areas where electromagnetic frequencies may be present from some of the equipment (intensity may vary) which could possibly interfere with certain medical implants or devices.
