In this position, you will collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to strengthen quality systems, improve process controls, and solve complex manufacturing challenges.

You will lead investigations into production defects, test failures, and customer concerns, implementing effective corrective actions that

prevent recurrence and improve overall performance.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing control plans and quality process controls.
  • Create and update process flow charts, PFMEAs, and quality documentation to ensure process effectiveness.
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct process and product audits to verify compliance and process effectiveness.
  • Support customer, agency, and certification audits while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions, design reviews, and supplier qualification activities.
  • Deliver training and guidance that strengthens quality awareness and operational excellence.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering or technical experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret specifications, engineering drawings, schematics, and component documentation.
  • Knowledge of process improvement tools such as Kaizen, DMAIC, Gemba, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
