This role offers a dynamic environment where analytical rigor, commercial acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management combine to create meaningful impact for customers, business, and society.\nHow You'll Make an Impact:\nPartner with Project Managers, Local Stakeholders/Functions e.g. Operations, Engineering, SCM etc. and Business Leaders to provide financial and commercial guidance across multiple projects.\nDevelop and manage project financial execution plans, including revenue recognition, billing strategies, cash flow forecasting, taxation considerations, and commercial requirements.\nDrive project financial performance by optimizing cash flow, profitability, revenue realization, and working capital throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead project governance processes and support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial, commercial, operational, and contractual risks.\nCoordinate and facilitate project reviews, ensuring accurate forecasts, cost-to-complete assessments, and alignment of financial performance expectations.\nProvide commercial leadership by supporting contract execution, claims management, supplier back-charges, insurance cases, and commercial negotiations.\nMonitor foreign exchange exposure, guarantees, bonds, taxation matters, and compliance requirements to protect business interests.\nEnsure adherence to corporate governance, internal controls, integrity standards, and applicable regulatory requirements across assigned projects.\nCollaborate with project controls, planning, supply chain, finance, and operational teams to drive data-based decision-making and successful project outcomes.\nMentor and support project team members while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, safety, and integrity.\nYour Background:\nCMA/MBA or bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\n3-5 years of experience in Project Controlling, Commercial Finance, Project Finance, or related business partnering roles.\nStrong understanding of project accounting, cost control, revenue recognition, forecasting, and financial reporting.\nKnowledge of cash flow management. \nExperience working in project-driven industries such as energy, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations and actions.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across multiple levels of the organization.\nProficiency in spoken and written English, with experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
