Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and business objectives.\nHow you'll make an impact:\nYou will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out of real estate, construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects.\nYou will manage real estate activities including site identification, evaluation, due diligence, land acquisition, leasing, property disposal, and space utilization.\nYou will coordinate with consultants, contractors, landlords, developers, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure successful project delivery.\nYou will support the preparation and administration of contracts, lease agreements, permits, approvals, and other real estate documentation.\nYou will review technical submissions, drawings, specifications, project schedules, and cost estimates to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.\nYou will monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and contractor performance while recommending corrective actions when necessary.\nYou will support CAPEX planning, budgeting, forecasting, procurement activities, and SAP purchase requisition and purchase order processes.\nYou will coordinate inspections, commissioning, handover activities, and ensure proper project documentation and asset records are maintained.\nYou will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, regulatory agencies, and local authorities.\nYou will promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.\nYour background:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in real estate, construction project management, facility management, or infrastructure development.\nKnowledge of construction project management, contract administration, project execution, cost control, procurement processes, and facility operations.\nExperience in project budgeting, CAPEX management, procurement, and cost control processes.\nFamiliarity with local building regulations, permitting requirements, and real estate transactions.\nFamiliar with Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nGood command of written and spoken English.\nMore about us:\nWe offer, at Hitachi Energy Thailand, we offer a suite of employee benefits to complement our pay offering, supporting employees’ financial, physical and mental wellbeing:\n1 month of guaranteed bonus (Fix bonus) plus Performance Bonus.
