This role involves overseeing engineering disciplines throughout the project lifecycle, including design planning, budget and schedule development, risk management, and the coordination of resources, equipment, and expertise required to deliver the engineering scope.\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nLead the initiation, planning, execution, and control of the engineering scope for complex projects.\nCoordinate engineering activities, resources, stakeholders, and interfaces, while managing competing priorities and resolving conflicts across project disciplines.\nMaintain a clear and transparent overview of project status, making informed decisions and setting priorities that maximize project progress.\nProactively manage the balance between scope, schedule, cost, and quality to support successful project delivery.\nTake ownership of the engineering scope within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.\nProject wise reporting to a Project Director (PD) as part of the project core team while at the same time belonging to a department with Project Managers and Project Interface Managers.\nFoster a culture of safety, integrity, collaboration, and accountability by taking ownership of responsibilities while supporting colleagues and contributing to business success.\nYour Background\nUniversity degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.\nExperience leading complex projects, preferably within civil engineering, infrastructure, energy, or industrial environments.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify innovative and practical solutions to project challenges.\nExperience with HVDC projects and/or PMI/PMP certification is considered an advantage.\nAbility to thrive in an environment that values transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and support diverse project teams.\nInterest in technology and a willingness to continuously learn and develop.\nProfessional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.\nMore about us\nA holistic range of competitive benefit programs to support your financial, physical and mental well-being and personal development.
