Ensuring that technical quality, safety, customer acceptance, cost, schedule, risk and contractual technical requirements are managed throughout the full project lifecycle.\nHow you'll make an impact\nLead the technical execution of Automation and Communication projects from initiation to close-out.\nAct as the primary technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate engineering design activities and review project deliverables.\nSupport testing, commissioning, site activities, and customer acceptance processes.\nIdentify and manage technical risks, issues, changes, and open actions.\nEnsure accurate project documentation, handover, and lessons learned capture.\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to project engineering teams.\nPromote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best practices.\nChampion safety, integrity, and compliance across all project activities.\nYour background\nEngineering degree or equivalent qualification in electrical, automation, communication, power systems or a related field.\nTypically 10-15+ years of relevant project engineering experience, preferably in power, automation, communication or infrastructure projects.\nGood understanding of project execution, customer requirements, engineering coordination, testing support and site support.\nAbility to review technical documents, ask the right questions, coordinate with stakeholders and drive actions to closure.\nStrong communication, ownership, problem-solving and documentation skills.\nGood working knowledge of common office and collaboration tools.
