The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. We believe that our five key values guide our actions and make Hitachi Rail a competitive, effective company: Customer Focus, Innovation and Excellence, People, Team Spirit, and Integrity.\nAccountabilities:\nSupport the Senior Project Management in the coordination of an international team allocating responsibilities and deliverables with respect to Company processes and Project scope of work\nSupervise the development and monitoring of the Project schedule, considering critical path activities, dependencies and milestones, in compliance with contract requirements and Project priorities\nLead the Project Team with regular project meetings, tracking action items, facilitating information flow and promoting effective collaboration\nMonitor the subcontractors’ progress, payments and performances\nEnsure the delivery of the Project in compliance with Quality standards and Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations in accordance with contract conditions\nPlay an active role in the achievement of the Project financial targets in terms of costs, revenues, invoicing and cash-flow\nWork with Contracts team in the preparation of contract claims and disputes in accordance to contract provisions\nPrepare and update regularly the Project Risk Analysis, the Monthly and Quarterly Project reviews in accordance with the Company process\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders including Client and Subcontractors and participate to regular progress meetings\nSkills\n5-8 years of Project Management experience\nExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nGCC Railway experience is preferable\nAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines\nBased in UAE is preferable\nPMP Project Management certificate holder is preferable\nStrong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills\nEducation:\n· Bachelor’s Degree\n· Engineer Degree\nLanguages:\n· English Proficiency\n· Arabic is a plus\nWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.\nIt is our commitment at Hitachi Rail to create a diverse environment and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
