You will collaborate with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across the region to drive successful project outcomes.\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nLead and manage Grid Automation projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from project initiation to completion.\nAct as the primary customer interface for all project delivery activities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. \nDevelop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, cost forecasts, and risk registers.\nCoordinate with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, contractors, and internal functions to ensure timely project execution.\nMonitor project progress, financial performance, cash flow, risks, and opportunities while driving mitigation actions when required. \nEnsure compliance with Hitachi Energy quality standards, contractual commitments, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.\nPrepare regular project status reports and communicate project performance to key stakeholders.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned activities, and the development of best practices across project execution teams.\nPromote a strong culture of safety, integrity, collaboration, and accountability.\nYour Background\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nApproximately 3-5 years of project management experience within electrical, power, automation, industrial, EPC, or infrastructure environments.\nExperience managing customer-facing technical projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholder management.\nExposure to power systems, substations, grid automation, data centers, or related industries will be highly advantageous.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools.\nPMP certification is preferred; candidates pursuing PMP certification are encouraged to apply. \nFamiliarity with FIDIC contracts and commercial project management practices is an advantage. \nWillingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and project locations as required.\nMore About Us\nAt Hitachi Energy, we are advancing a sustainable energy future for all.
