The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving our projects to success by supporting comprehensive project planning, coordination, and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help foster a culture of excellence while developing your own project management skills in a supportive and dynamic work environment.\nReporting to Director, Program Management Office - HUB North America, you will lead a multiple Data Center projects within the NAM Power Transformers Group, comprising multiple interrelated projects in partnership with one of our key strategic customers. The projects are executed at various Hitachi Energy factories in our network.\nYour responsibilities\nLeading project teams, with clear guidelines, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.\nManaging all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensuring all technical, safety, quality and financial targets are met.\nAct as the key contact for our customer and an escalation point for issues.
