And that’s where you come in.\nJob Description:\nWe are currently looking for a Planner in hybrid regime to join Hitachi Rail Portugal.\nA Planner is responsible for:\nSupport Project Managers in the planning, monitoring and control of project activities throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones and baseline plans using project management tools.\nMonitor project progress, identify deviations and support the implementation of corrective actions.\nPrepare project performance reports, dashboards and management presentations.\nSupport project forecasting activities, including workload planning, resource allocation and schedule updates.\nMonitor project KPIs and contribute to project performance improvement initiatives.\nSupport the preparation and follow-up of project invoicing and contractual milestones.\nCoordinate project data collection and ensure consistency of project reporting information.\nContribute to risk and opportunity management activities.\nSupport governance activities, project reviews and management meetings.\nTechnical & Professional Skills\nGood knowledge of Project Management methodologies and principles.\nExperience in project scheduling, planning and project controls activities.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Oracle Primavera P6.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.\nExperience in project reporting, KPI monitoring and performance analysis.\nKnowledge of Power BI is considered an advantage.\nEducation & Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Project Planning or Project Coordination roles.\nExperience in railway, transportation, infrastructure or large-scale engineering projects is considered an advantage.\nIPMA Certification is considered an advantage.\nFluency in English (mandatory).\nThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
