MissionStatement:

It is needed tooverseeQA and QC activitiesin the process of manufactureand testing of TR for Japanese utility marketin the oversea factory and JP activities.He is also involved in the trouble shooting for overall Hitachi legacy products and newly products introduced from oversea factory.

In addition, he isresponsiblehealth/safety/environment aspects of all activities done in the organization. Itis neededto be linked with HSE structure in HE-J and HUB APMEAin order toachieve zero HSE issues.

MainAccountabilities and Duties:

• Oversee QA and QC activities in the manufacturing and testing process in global factoryfor the production oftransformer for Japanese Utility market.

• It isneeded to control and instruct Quality control team in TR JP2408

• Responsible forHSE discussion in all the activities performed in TR JP2408 businesswithgood communicationwithHE-J and HUB APMEA HSEmanager.

RequiredKnowledge, Skills, Experience:

• Educational Background: at minimum, bachelor’s degree of engineering or science, or equivalent

• Required years of experience: minimum15 years of experiences inpower transformer products

• Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment

• Time management,presentationand planning skills

• Ability to learn and work innew environment

• Communicationskillswith outside organizations such asHUB,BU.

• Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

• Strong in collaborative and communication skills

• Language:StrongJapaneseand advanced Englishcommunication
