The demand for energy sector infrastructure is rapidly increasing, we are looking to add a member to our team that is fully focused on managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final accounts.\nPlease note we are unable to provide visa support for this position.\nHow you'll make an impact\nPrepare and analyse costing for tenders and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.\n\nPerform risk, value management, and cost control during the project lifecycle.\n\nIdentify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks and advise on our procurement strategy.\n\nAllocate work to subcontractors, value completed work and manage payments.\n\nProvide advice on contractual claims, analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports.\n\nMaintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.\n\nUnderstand the implications of health and safety regulations.\n\nYour background\nBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
