If your work style is structured, creative, responsible, and flexible, we look forward to your application!\nHow you’ll make an impact:\nProvide global product support for high voltage products produced in feeder factory BG (Sevlievo):\nProduction Process Support\nProvide technical support to industrial engineering during introduction of new products into existing lines and the setup of new production lines.\nParticipate in the definition and optimization of production processes. \nKnow-How transfer from R&D to production staff during implementation of new products and ongoing operations. \nQuality and Audit Support\nParticipate in internal audits of the factory in Sevlievo and provide support to implement required changes resulting from audits.\nSupport root cause analysis led by quality department and implement changes to product data following the defined change management process. \nSupplier Support\nPerform R&D related tasks for qualification of new parts or new suppliers (PPAP).\nCost Reduction Activities\nEngage in Design-to-Value and cost reduction activities, releasing changes to product data as needed.\nYour background:\nExcellent academic degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulics, Physics or related Engineering field.\nSeveral years of professional experience, preferably in R&D or field closely related with new product introduction.\nExperience with quality tools, such as DFM, FMEA and problem-solving methods (8D & Ishikawa).\n3D design Software and SAP experience is an advantage.\nHigh technical understanding and interest in business and process workflows.\nFluent in English both spoken and written.
