The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nThe candidate should also have experience managing and mentoring a team of 4-5 developers in current role.\nKey Responsibilities\nMinimum 6 years of Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.\nCustomize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to support business processes.\nDevelop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.\nDesign scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.\nWork closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.\nPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.\nSupport deployment and release activities.\nLead and mentor a team of 4-5 Salesforce Developers.\nProvide technical guidance and support to junior team members.\nReview code, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.\nBachelors in Engineering is preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Platform Developer I Certification.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.\nAbout us\nWe’re a global, 1000-stong, diverse team of professional experts, promoting and delivering Social Innovation through our One Hitachi initiative (OT x IT x Product) and working on projects that have a real-world impact.
