Die Möglichkeit

Wir suchen eine motivierte und organisierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere Projektteams bei der operativen Abwicklung von Kundenprojekten in SAP S/4HANA unterstützt. In dieser Rolle sorgen Sie dafür, dass Projekte korrekt im System angelegt, Bestellungen rechtzeitig ausgelöst und die relevanten finanziellen Prozesse sauber nachverfolgt werden. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb, Projektmanagement, Einkauf, Logistik und Finance zusammen.

Das können Sie bewirken

• Anlage und Pflege von Kundenprojekten in SAP S/4HANA
• Operative Abwicklung von Projekten im SAP-System während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen an Unterlieferanten
• Erstellung und Verfolgung von Zahlungsanforderungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Rechnungsabwicklung
• Sicherstellung korrekter Projekt-, Bestell- und Finanzdaten im SAP-System
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Projektmanagement, Einkauf, Vertrieb, Finance und Logistik
• Überwachung relevanter Projekt- und Prozessdaten sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports
• Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen in SAP S/4HANA
• Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessdokumentatione

Ihr Hintergrund

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HTL, FH oder Universität)
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, Projektadministration, Projektkoordination oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP S/4HANA
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Genauigkeit
• Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
