Advanced education or relevant certifications are a plus.\nProven experience in temporary labor category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement, preferably at a global level.\nIn-depth understanding of legislative restrictions, labor laws, and compliance requirements for temporary staffing in targeted regions.\nStrong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills, with the ability to develop and optimize a high-performing supply base.\nHigh level of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced multinational environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across large multinational organizations.
