The position serves as the local security and crisis management expert, supporting business continuity and organizational resilience.\nHow you'll make an impact:\nMonitor security threats, criminal activities, social unrest, and other emerging risks that may impact employees, facilities, or business operations.\nLead and coordinate crisis management and emergency response activities, ensuring effective communication, escalation, and incident resolution.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, and crisis management frameworks aligned with corporate requirements.\nConduct physical security, travel security, and operational risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation measures.\nManage security programs for offices and facilities, including access control, security vendors, investigations, and emergency preparedness initiatives.\nProvide security guidance, risk intelligence, training, and support to leadership teams, employees, and key stakeholders across the organization.\nResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.\nYour background:\nBachelor's Degree in Security Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, International Relations, Law, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Security, Crisis Management, Risk Management, Emergency Response, Business Continuity, or related areas within multinational organizations.\nStrong knowledge of physical security, threat intelligence, incident management, investigations, crisis response, and emergency preparedness.\nExperience conducting security risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies for facilities, personnel, travel, and business operations.\nFamiliarity with international security and risk management standards such as ISO 31000, ISO 22301, Incident Command System (ICS), and Business Continuity Management frameworks.\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and reporting tools.\nExperience working with security incident management platforms, travel security providers, emergency notification systems, or similar technologies.\nAdvanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) required. Spanish fluency required.\nStrong executive presence and leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders across different organizational levels.
