HCM office: 100% (no remote)
1. Requirements:
*Must have*
Solid skilland experienceintest strategy, test planning, testing methodologies & process, & Agile working model
Experience of test case design (mandatory), execution test& bugreportingand quality evaluation report
Solid skill in Manual testing, integrationtestand API testing (with Postman or any tool)
Experience& strong inSQL, and database testing
Experience/Knowledge in AI Testing and Data Testing is a plus
Experience indesigningautomation test framework& solution for both Web and Mobile Appand visual testing
Experience in UI or API test automation with:Playwright, Selenium / REST Assured or Karate API,Katalon
Experience in one of following programming languages: JavaScript (Mandatory), Python(good to have)
Experience AI tools in generating automation script:GithubCopilot, Cursor,..
Experience GenAI tools in generating test case is a plus: MS Copilot / Test Sigma/ TestRail
Experience in other non-functional tests (Performance Test with JMeter or any other performance tool like K6) is a plus
Experience inintegrate automation test script intoCI/CDpipeline:Jenkins/ GitLab /AzureDevOps(good to have)
Good English verbal communication
2. Your Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer information technology, computer engineering
7+ years of relevant testing work experience
Minimum of3+years of experience in a comparable position, with a proven track record ofleading team
Be able to self-manage
Be able to work independently or in a team with agile
Ability and willingness to research new technology quickly, solve problems well, control work on scheduleand participate in the strategy discussion
Good attitude and professional behavior
Enthusiast, accurate, patient, honestandeagerto learn new tech
