We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement - your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.\nJob description\nWe are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, automate, and operate enterprise container platforms supporting large-scale application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, setup, deploy, and administer Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters across multiple environments on-premises.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and platform automation.\nDevelop Infrastructure as Code for platform provisioning and configuration management.\nDeploy and operate platform services including OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF), HashiCorp Vault, Red Hat AMQ Broker, monitoring, and logging stacks.\nImplement secrets management, certificate management, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening controls.\nConfigure monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenShift Monitoring.\nImplement backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and operational automation procedures.\nTroubleshoot infrastructure, platform, deployment, performance, and availability issues.\nSupport migration and operation of containerized Java applications running on OpenShift.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5+ years of DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Platform Engineering experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.\nStrong experience with AWS cloud platform.\nProven experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI or equivalent.\nStrong Linux administration experience (RHEL preferred).\nExperience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using Ansible.\nExperience with monitoring and observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging solutions.\nExperience implementing backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and platform operations.\nStrong scripting and automation skills using Bash and/or Python.\nGood English communication skills.\nGood to Have\nExperience migrating workloads from AWS to Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.\nAWS Certificates (SAA-C03, SOA-C03) Kubernetes Certificates (CKA, CKAD)\nProject Technology Stack\nContainer Platform: Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)\nContainer Runtime: Docker, Podman\nCI/CD & GitOps: Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD\nInfrastructure as Code: Ansible, Helm\nApplication Runtime: Java, Spring Framework, Maven\nDatabase: Oracle Database Enterprise Edition\nNoSQL Database: Oracle NoSQL Database Enterprise Edition\nStorage: OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF), CephFS\nMessaging: Red Hat AMQ Broker\nSecrets Management: HashiCorp Vault\nMonitoring: Prometheus, Grafana\nLogging: Loki, OpenShift Logging\nOperating System: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)\nAbout us\nWe’re a global, team of innovators.
