This role requires a unique combination of technical depth, financial acumen, and stakeholder leadership. The successful candidate will design and implement enterprise-grade BI solutions, conduct advanced financial analysis, and serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders across the business.\nThis position will play a critical role in interpreting BMU performance, trends, and category-level insights while driving automation, standardization, and data integration across FP&A. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support executive decision-making.\nThe Role\nBusiness Intelligence & Data Engineering\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI solutions-including data models, semantic layers, and interactive dashboards-optimized for performance through query folding, model size reduction, and DAX tuning.\n\nImplement Microsoft Fabric components (Direct Lake, Lakehouse, semantic models) and apply Medallion architecture principles (Bronze/Silver/Gold) to deliver scalable, governed analytics.\n\nCollaborate with data engineering teams to design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, validate data integrity using SQL and business rules, and integrate financial, sales, and operational datasets into unified reporting environments.\n\nDevelop advanced DAX measures, KPIs, and business logic aligned with financial and operational requirements.\n\nEstablish and enforce BI development standards, governance frameworks, version control, and documentation practices across the analytics platform.\n\nFP&A & Stakeholder Engagement\nDevelop standardized financial reporting frameworks that support forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, translating complex financial and operational data into executive-ready insights and recommendations.\n\nLead FP&A modernization through automation, workflow optimization, and adoption of emerging technologies including AI-assisted analytics and Copilot capabilities.\n\nImplement repeatable, scalable reporting processes that improve accuracy, reduce cycle times, and enhance analytical consistency across the finance function.\n\nServe as a primary analytics partner to leaders across Finance & Operations -facilitating requirements gathering, KPI definition, and analytical alignment across business units.\n\nLead cross-functional analytics initiatives, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables, and conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate data literacy across the organization.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, FP&A analytics, or related fields.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, including: Data modeling, DAX, Semantic model design, Performance optimization.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Direct Lake, Lakehouse, or modern data architecture.\n\nFamiliarity with Python for data transformation or automation.\n\nStrong understanding of data modeling techniques, star schema design, and BI governance.\n\nStrong understanding of financial statements with demonstrated experience analyzing revenue, margin, product/category performance, and operational KPIs.\n\nProven ability to translate analytical outputs into strategic business insights and clearly communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nDemonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional initiatives and effectively prioritizing multiple concurrent projects.\n\nAbout us\nWe’re a global team of innovators.
