We are working to upgrade the company’s management platform. The candidate will primarily focus on the development and maintenance of client-side logic and support systems to enable a responsive, coherent, and pleasant user experience. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of UI design principles and be able to bring our wireframes to life single-handedly and as part of an international development team. This individual will be an integral part of the team and will work closely with product engineering teams, product management, and sales teams to gather requirements.\nThe role\nKey job functions include\nBackend Architecture & APIs: Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Go (Golang).\nFrontend Development: Build modular, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and modern state management techniques.\nFull-Lifecycle Ownership: Take feature ownership from requirement analysis, system design, and coding to containerization, testing, and deployment.\nSystem Integrations: Implement background data synchronization routines, device integrations, and platform services.\nSecurity & Access Control: Integrate enterprise authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2/OIDC, Keycloak, RBAC) across API endpoints and UI modules.\nQuality & Performance: Write clean, unit-tested code; perform code reviews; optimize backend API latencies and frontend render performance.\nCollaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, architects, and QA engineers to deliver robust enterprise release packages.\nKey skills include\nAbility to work independently, finding solutions to programming problems with minimal oversight\nAbility to lead a team with diverse technical backgrounds\nAbility to provide technical requirements to the team\nAbility to adapt to changing project requirements\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nWhat you’ll bring\nQualifications\nExperience: 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years focused on full-stack web applications and microservices.\nGo (Golang) Mastery: Deep hands-on experience building production-grade services in Go. Strong understanding of Go idioms, goroutines, channel mechanics, and explicit error handling.\nReact.js Proficiency: Solid expertise in modern React (Hooks, Context API, state management) and front-end integration with REST APIs.\nDatabase & APIs: Demonstrated ability in designing SQL schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL), query optimization, and REST API standards.\nContainerization: Practical experience with Docker (containerizing Go binaries and web assets).\nEngineering Standards: Strong experience with Git workflows, unit testing, and debugging distributed applications.\nNot required, but a strong plus\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, or enterprise container management (e.g., RKE2).\nFamiliarity with enterprise authentication systems (Keycloak, OIDC, OAuth2 Proxy, SAML).\nPrior experience delivering software deployed via OVA packages or in air-gapped enterprise environments.\nPrevious experience in Java ecosystem (Spring Boot) is a plus.\nExposure to system-level integrations (storage, networking, or infrastructure monitoring).\nAbout us\nWe’re a global team of innovators.
