Job position (Ref.No. R0144443 Senior / HR Executive (12-Month Contract)
at our location in Kuala-Lumpur
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive / HR Executive to support HR operations and payroll coordination activities across the employee lifecycle.
This role will work closely with employees, managers, and external payroll vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing, efficient HR administration, and compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
Payroll Coordination
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with external payroll vendors.
Consolidate, validate, and submit payroll inputs, including new hires, employee movements, leave records, allowances, and terminations.
Review payroll reports and support payroll reconciliation activities.
Respond to employee enquiries relating to payroll, leave, and statutory matters.
Ensure payroll records and supporting documentation are maintained accurately.
HR Operations
Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
Monitor probation and contract renewal timelines and coordinate relevant actions.
Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Employee Support & HR Administration
Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related employee enquiries.
Support HR programmes, initiatives, and process improvement activities.
Generate HR reports and maintain data accuracy within HR systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment legislation.
You have:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or HR shared services.
Knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB).
Experience coordinating payroll activities with external payroll vendors will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
