This role is responsible for Hyper-V administration, platform availability, patching, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, incident resolution, and disaster-recovery readiness. The ideal candidate brings 8-10 years of infrastructure experience, strong technical leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.\nWhat you'll Bring\n8-10 years of experience administering enterprise infrastructure, including extensive hands-on expertise with Microsoft Hyper-V.\nDesign, deploy, configure, and maintain highly available Hyper-V hosts, clusters, virtual machines, virtual switches, storage integrations and WAC-Vmode.\nAdminister Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.\nManage core Windows services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Failover Clustering, and related infrastructure components.\nPlan, test, schedule, and execute operating system and infrastructure patching while minimizing service disruption and maintaining compliance.\nReview vulnerability findings, prioritize remediation by risk and business impact, implement fixes, and provide evidence of closure.\nPerform security hardening in accordance with organizational standards, vendor guidance, and applicable security benchmarks.\nMonitor platform health, capacity, availability, backups, and disaster recovery readiness; proactively resolve operational risks.\nLead incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex virtualization and Windows Server issues, documenting corrective and preventive actions.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, automation scripts, and stakeholder communications for infrastructure changes and service health.\nAct as a coach to build the team and its members\nStrive for quality and customer satisfaction in the projects assigned\nAbout us\nWe’re a global team of innovators.
